JOB: PHYSICAL THERAPY TECHNICIAN PART-TIME (ORO VALLEY)

Pay: $9 to $11/hour

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a positive person who enjoys being part of a team! Ideal Physical Therapy is a fun and growing group of outpatient physical therapy clinics located throughout Phoenix and Tucson.  Our primary goal is to help patients by providing quality care for Ideal results.

We have a part-time opportunity at our Oro Valley clinic which involves all facets of patient intake, assist physical therapists and scheduling functions for someone who fluently speaks, reads and writes English and Spanish. This position requires a motivated hands-on/team player with an excellent work ethic, strong attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, being bilingual is a plus. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment with the ability to provide superior customer service to patients.

Some Aspects of This Role Include:
Assist patients and physical therapists on the floor with stretching, exercises and modalities.
Greeting patients as they arrive and depart.
Schedule appointments.
Contact patients to remind them of their next day appointment.
Call patients that do not show for their appointment, the same day, and reschedule them before their next scheduled visit to "capture the visit."
Keep the clinic well organized and tidy.
Other duties as assigned by physical therapists.

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a positive person with computer, telephone and email communication skills, physical therapy knowledge a plus, multi-tasking and ability to work in a team environment. Knowledge of MS Office applications, medical software a plus, medical knowledge a plus.

We are currently hiring for a Clinic Assistant/Physical Therapy Technician (English/Spanish) to join our growing team. 

This is an important support role that requires a motivated hands-on/team player with excellent work ethic, strong attention to detail, multi-tasking abilities and communication skills.
