About the WRC Sexual Violence Prevention Programming

The Women’s Resource Center (WRC) is home to the SPEAC internship which is a program that aims to support and educate students, staff, and faculty on sexual violence prevention in the UA and Tucson community. SPEAC interns facilitate workshops that engage the campus community in prevention efforts designed to challenge rape-supportive social norms; and activate bystanders against sexual and relationship violence.

SPEAC’s Mission: SPEAC is a social justice-oriented student group dedicated to raising awareness about sexual violence.
