This event is BEFORE our first meeting. This is an AHA certification course, it will involve hands-on training and there will be an exam (pretty easy) at the end of the training session. Members who complete the course and pass the exam will become CPR certified and receive their AHA certification card within one week. Members who attend the event must bring a $35 course fee with them on that Saturday (failure to possess the fee after attending the training will cost an additional $10 for a total of $45).
