Improve Resume for Admission to Post-Graduate Medical Program.
Patient
contact is what admission committees are interested in and you will get this in
my office. Learn how to take patient histories, become x-ray certified, and
perform ultra sound exams. You have the ability to perform minor treatments,
such as dressing changes and suture removal for surgical patients. You will
also be able to assist on in-office surgical procedures and shadow me in
surgery. In addition to these and other learning experiences, you will gain
thousands of hours of patient contact to enhance your medical or other
professional school applications.
Over the
past 10 years many of the graduates that have worked with me have been accepted
to the schools and programs of their choice. I have seen students accepted to
The University of Arizona, Midwastern, Tulane, Pacific Dental, Creighton, and
more. My students have gotten into M.D., D.O., PA, Pharmacy, Nursing, and DDS
programs. They have gone all over to complete residencies and have even served
in the armed forces.
Hours for this position are: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm $11/hour.
This is a full-time only position, must have already graduated or be in final
semester. CNA/EMT and/or x-ray certification preferred, but not required. Must
be available for training in early 2020 either full time or part time. Full
time required in May 2020.
