Primary Duties:
- Provides brief tobacco cessation intervention on initial client contact to Helpline.
- Motivates clients to enter tobacco cessation coaching by explaining services, answering questions, and clarifying expectations.
- Conducts proactive calls to clients referred by employers and healthcare professionals for enrollment.
- Interacts with multi-cultural clients. Preferred Qualifications:
- Shifts available during the following timeframes: Tues 12-8pm; Wed 4-8pm, Thurs 8-4pm, Fri 1-6pm
- Professionalism and strong verbal & written communications skills a must
- English/Spanish-speaking preferred
- This position requires availability/flexibility during holidays, weekends, winter break, spring break, summer, etc.
- Open to all majors
