Body Smart Discussion Series

Hello!

My name is Obum Ugbor and I am one of the marketing interns for Body Smart at Campus Health. Body Smart is an initiative on campus that strives to enhance self-worth and positive body image among all UA students.

Body Smart is hosting our third discussion series event next Wednesday, March 30th. Can you please forward the message and embedded image below to your student listserv? The students you interact with will enjoy our free, informative, and interactive discussions about body image and self-worth, as well as the free snacks!

Body Smart Discussion Series—How Children Develop Body Image

You won't want to miss Body Smart's upcoming series event! It's next Wednesday!
Body Smart is excited to welcome special speaker Laura Schnaps, PhD. on Wednesday, March 30th. Join us from 5PM –6:15PM at Campus Health Service in the DeArmond Room (3rd floor, B307) for this free exciting, engaging, and interactive discussion. We will be discussing what body image looks like for children, how parents and the media influence body image formation, and the efforts that can be made to combat weight-based bullying.
