Peace Corps Fellows Showcase

I have news about an exciting event coming up on February 22nd (next Friday).
Share it with students and staff affiliated with the Physiology Department via the blog.
Information presented at this event will especially benefit Physiology students who are interested in community service and helping under-served populations. I have attached details about the event in a word document.

Thank you and have a wonderful day!

UA Peace Corps Fellows Outreach and Research Showcase

Friday, February 22nd from 3-6pm in the North Ballroom

In honor of Peace Corps celebrating 58 years of service, you’re invited to the UA Peace Corps Coverdell Fellows Outreach + Research Showcase!

Peace Corps Coverdell Fellows are Returned Peace Corps Volunteers in the Graduate School who are charged with providing benefit to a local under-served community.

This event brings attention to the individual and collective impact of UA Peace Corps Fellows in collaboration with our community and academic partners over the past 18 years.

  •  Join us to learn through posters and oral presentations how UA’s Peace Corps Fellows have engaged and made a difference locally.
  • Meet with local organizations to learn how they're impacting our local community.
  • Learn more about serving with the Peace Corps and opportunities to serve locally.
