“The WIMS club on campus hosts events called the Health
Initiative that talks about issues surrounding the Tucson community and is open
to the community to attend. The guest speaker for the event is Peggy Hutchison,
the CEO of the Primavera foundation, a
non-profit agency that has been providing pathways out of poverty and
strengthening the Tucson community since 1983, through a variety of programs
and services. Come join us as Peggy discusses the Tucson homelessness and
poverty community and what the Primavera foundation is doing and what you can
do to help!
