Speaker Lawrence J. Brandt, MD, with the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, will discuss the intestinal microbiome and how it can be changed to alter the outcome of patients suffering from a variety of illnesses, as well as the future of fecal transplantation and manipulation. The presentation is part of the Donald K. Buffmire Visiting Lectureship in Medicine series sponsored by the Flinn Foundation.
