We have an immediate opening for a Part-time Medical Scribe and/or
Transcriptionist to support a busy Orthopedic Surgeon. We are currently
seeking an energetic and positive individual for accurate scribing into the
electronic medical record during clinic visits. NextGen experience would be a
BIG plus, but we are willing to train if applicant has other EHR experience.
Scribe would work side-by-side with the Surgeon, and accompany him in the exam
room with the patient.
Applicant must have efficient computer and typing
skills, accurate spelling and grammar, and a fundamental knowledge of medical
terminology.
Current part-time hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00am
– 5:00pm (lunch hour depends on flow of patient schedule and patient
requirements).
Position pays $10.50 - $11.50 / hour.
