The SALT Center is currently hiring student tutors (undergraduate and graduate) for the 2020-2021 school year.

This is a paid position that starts at $12.25 an hour with opportunities for promotions, raises, and leadership roles. We accept students from any major or concentration, and you do not need to have any prior experience tutoring – you will receive paid tutor training!

The successful candidate will

·         Provide individual, one-on-one tutoring for students with learning and attention challenges.

·         Maintain a minimum 3.0 average and have an A/B in the course(s) they wish to tutor.

Looking for a summer internship?

The Washington Center is an educational non-profit we work with who provides an academic internship experience in the nation’s capital. Their mission is to help you launch a career you’ll love through their one-of-a-kind program. Students are hand-matched to internships in the metropolitan area and receive tailored advice and guidance throughout their

time in the capital. Internship runs May 30 – August 1.

The Washington Center is currently accepting applications for summer 2020. The University of Arizona has 10 scholarships available for the program fee and housing worth $12,090.

To apply for this scholarship and internship experience:

You must be a sophomore, junior, or senior (not graduating before December 2020) who is 18+ years of age and in good academic standing. You must be able to receive academic credit for the program and maintain a GPA of 2.75 or higher.

Step 1: Apply directly to The Washington Center (twc.edu). Acceptance to TWC doesn’t guarantee a scholarship award. Use the code APPLY2020 to waive the $60 fee.
