Disability Resource Center is hiring Academic Aides

Hello!  I hope you all had a great summer!  

The Disability Resource Center is hiring multiple Academic Assistants for the Fall 2018 semester to assist a particular student throughout the day. 

The Academic Assistant will attend classes and  perform a variety of duties including:

·       Assistance retrieving materials from backpack

·       Taking notes in classes

·       Acting as a scribe for exams and in-class activities

·       Assistance with class participation (may need to reiterate what student says in class)

·       Acting as a scribe for tutoring with SALT and Think Tank

We need Assistants for the following class times; we will have additional times when the semester begins to cover exams and SALT appointments. 

MWF 12:00 – 12:50  Kuiper Space Sciences Building

MW    2:00 – 2:50 CESL building

F         11:00  Social Sciences Building

T/Th   2:00 – 3:15 Kuiper Space Sciences building

T/Th   3:30 – 4:45 ILC
