There are 30 openings
for a phlebotomy
certification class here on campus! Attached are the details and required
forms.
Details: Class will be 2 days, Saturday, May
27 and Sunday, May 28, in Campus
Health Bldg DeArmond Rm B307. You must attend both days in
order to be eligible to receive your certification. The classes are scheduled
from 9am - 5pm, but on Saturday you will need to arrive by
8:15am in order to check in and on Sunday the class usually ends
up finishing around 2:30 pm with an optional discussion about getting into med
school and phlebotomist
job/volunteer opportunities afterwards.The total cost is
$320 (including the $80 registration fee) which
includes the class, text, snacks, and all other necessary supplies. Acceptable
payment for class day includes cash, money order, and cashier's check-
NO PERSONAL CHECKS ON CLASS DAY. Personal checks are acceptable for the $80
registration deposit (make checks payable to MET Services).

on the Excel sheet (see link below).

YOU ARE PLANNING TO MEET ME TO PAY YOUR DEPOSIT AND TURN IN YOUR REGISTRATION
AND I CAN CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT. I WILL BE
MEETING PEOPLE THIS WEDNESDAY AT 6:30PM AND THIS THURSDAY AT 1:15PM AT
STARBUCKS ON EUCLID/ UNIVERSITY BLVD. ALL
DEPOSITS WILL BE COLLECTED IN PERSON AND I AM HAPPY TO ANSWER
ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE ABOUT THE COURSE :)
2. Fill out
the attached registration form and meet me to turn in
both the form and the $80 registration deposit to hold your seat. Note
that both must be received to secure your spot! Acceptable
payment for the deposit include cash or check. See
attachments for class reviews. He is truly an amazing instructor!

"As far as the certification goes, it is good anywhere in the US except
for California (they have a different state law there). And students have
also drawn blood overseas."
