Position involves working with a woman with Rheumatoid Arthritis and an elderly, retired, female pediatrician. Looking to replace several of my caregivers who are graduating and moving out of town. I am looking to fill all shifts, day, evening and night. I am looking for caregivers who will be in Tucson over the summer. This position is excellent for anyone seeking a place in the medical field, because the applicant will receive hands-on training. In addition to being trained by current personnel, I, as a retired counselor with a Master’s degree, am a good communicator. I have been a reference for several students who have left for medical school, nursing programs, and other post-graduate programs. Part-time caregiver position for intelligent, athletic male who will assist a retired counselor with Rheumatoid Arthritis and a retired, elderly pediatrician. Looking for applicants who will also be in Tucson over the summer as well. Duties: Assistance with swim routine for a disabled woman, including pushing a wheelchair, operating a Hoyer lift and working with her female assistant. Interested applicants will be trained by my current employee who plans to apply to medical school. Position will also involve trips to the doctor, pharmacy, grocery store and other errands. My current assistant, who is fascinated by medicine in general, has been able to witness both surgical and outpatient procedures while working for me. Paradigm Companies is looking for Volunteers to assist at Covid-19 Vaccination Sites located in Pima and Pinal County. We are in need of student volunteers to streamline this process and vaccinate as many people as possible. If you are interested in helping the community during this time and volunteering with Paradigm, all the information to get involved is included below.
As one of our volunteers, you would be greeting Individuals, or running. If you are in the medical field, you will also have the chance to scribe on site, and input data for vaccinations. We are looking for pre-health students, EMTs, Medical Scribes and Spanish interpreters. All who are interested are welcome to volunteer; no specific certifications are required.
We are starting our Covid Vaccination Site at Kino Sports Complex this week! We are looking for Volunteers as Scribes, Greeters, Runners, and Spotters between 9AM-7PM. We are in need of volunteers for Thursday April 8th and Friday April 9th. More volunteer shifts will open up in the near future and all training will be provided!
For students:
· Letters of recommendations can be provided by Paradigm Companies after continuous volunteering
· Volunteers will be first to receive extra doses of the vaccine provided by Paradigm Companies
· Long-time volunteers can be offered employment through Paradigm
